Different preparation methods bring out new and exciting flavour attributes. Sashimi displays aromas of crisp sea air and fresh seaweed complimented by a burst of salty oceanic flavour, sweet fresh oyster, umami, and nutty notes, while searing our abalone brings out a springy chew, sweet and smoky attributes like fried scallop and pork.  Steaming enhances tenderness and the balance of salty oceanic and umami flavours, bringing out tastes of sweet fresh oyster, umami, and green seaweed.

Ingredients: Abalone.  Contains mollusc.

At Eyrewoolf Abalone, sustainability is front of mind. Your abalone will be delivered in an eco-friendly box containing multiple pieces inside an insulated wool pouch. The wool insulation is totally compostable and biodegradable.  Each abalone comes in a plant based carbon neutral vaccum pouch, designed for easy defrosting.  Simply place pouch into the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours, and consume within three days.  For preparation instructions please see our products page.

At Eyrewoolf Abalone we do our best to deliver our products to you anywhere in Australia.  Delivery costs cover processing, picking and packing, postage and freight.

We will happily send our shelf stable products anywhere in Australia via Australia Post parcel shipping. $16.50 flat rate for first carton + $5.50 per extra carton thereafter, join our mailing list for free delivery on can and pouch orders over $150.
